You would not believe it but it's a fact that every year since 1935 a team of accountants has invest an average of 1700 hours prior to Oscar night counting the Academy Award ballots by hand. Oscar winners should say thanks to these accountants.  
  3. Leonardo da Vinci, a  genius, was one of Luca Pacioli's students. Really interesting! Father of accountancy produced a gem!

  5. Father of Accountancy, Luca Pacioli, loved his pupils like a father. Do you seek a proof? Tractatus mathematicus ad discipulos perusinos, (a book pulished by him) a nearly 600-page textbook dedicated to his students at the University of Perugia where Pacioli taught from 1477 to 1480. I am getting emotional !!!!

रास्ते बहुत नापे हैं मगर मंज़िल अनजानी-सी है लफ़ाजी मुहब्बत की दरिया में क़श्ती अपनी बेगानी-सी है तुफ़ान से बेख़ौफ नाचती  पर सहमी-सी भंवर से क्यों है ? डूब जायेगी या तर जायेगी मुद्दतों की यही कहानी-सी है  चप्पु उल्टे पडें या सीधे इतना हिसाब कहां है अभी बेहोशी में सफर तय करना ऐसी आदत कुछ पुरानी-सी है लाश तो ठिकाने लग जानी है कुछ संभलता हूं जाग कर कहीं तड़फता है कचोटता है चित्त भटकती मधुमक्खी दिवानी-सी है बार-बार सुनाई कहानी-सी है।                              -रामफल
